Check out the opening of the biggest Café del Mar Club in the world in Port Forum
Barcelona’s Port Forum marina is one of the most vibrant spots in the Mediterranean. This contemporary port is located in one of the most up and coming areas of Barcelona and is perfectly placed for a city break in glorious Catalonia or for cruising the islands off the coast of Spain. The area in and around the marina is packed full of luxury boutiques and exciting restaurants, and as of the 27th May, it will also be home to the biggest Café del Mar Club in the world.
Originally created in Ibiza, Café del Mar is world famous for its beach clubs and chill out music compilations. The Café del Mar philosophy is simple, great music, great drinks and a great time for everyone. With 11 locations all over the globe from Ibiza to Malta, Café del Mar has long been one of the most respected music & lifestyle brands in the world, and a charter to Barcelona this summer will be the perfect excuse to celebrate the opening of their latest and greatest club.
Following on from the success of the Ibiza location, Café del Mar Barcelona promises to be the place to spend the summer season while you’re in town. The club will be split into four exclusive areas: The Pool Zone, The Club, The Restaurant and The Sky Terrace, plus a Sunset Experience which will be hosted onboard the Café del Mar Boat, with capacity for up to 350 passengers. More than just a club, Café del Mar will also be the marina’s premier performance and entertainment venue with top international DJs and live acts lined up to keep the party going all summer long.
The new Barcelona club will cover 4000m² of party space and without a doubt one of the biggest highlights will be the Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Juan Jimenez. Set on a stunning 1500m² terrace with a cocktail area, stage and private pool, we’re sure it will be the hottest table in town this summer.
